Established in 2015 | Located in the heart of the Valley of Springs
Butterfly House Zimmer has been welcoming guests since 2015, nestled in the natural beauty of Israel’s stunning Valley of Springs.
Born out of a deep love for hospitality and a desire to share this magical corner of the country, we opened our doors to travelers from Israel and around the world – so they too could experience the breathtaking views, the peaceful quiet, wide open spaces, and genuine local warmth.
We invite you to enjoy a dream vacation surrounded by lush greenery, fresh mountain air, and – above all – a variety of crystal-clear natural springs.
A Taste of the Springs in the Valley:
Ein Nazem (Ein Hunezir)
Tucked between the fields of Kibbutz Sde Eliyahu lies a hidden, deep and cool spring. With a diving platform, pergola, and comfortable seating – it's the perfect spot for a refreshing dip on a hot day.
Ein Migdal
The clearest spring in the valley, located in Park HaMaayanot. Feeding the Kibbutzim Stream, this natural gem is surrounded by greenery and ideal for swimming or simply relaxing in nature.
Ein Shokek
A deep, round spring with year-round water flow. It’s embraced by lush stream vegetation including reeds, bulrush, and wild raspberries – a true immersion in living nature.
Ein Moda
A family-friendly spring with clean, pleasant water, shaded picnic areas, benches, and easy access – either by foot or electric cart. Perfect for children and adults alike.
The White Waterfalls
A picturesque corner just north of Ein HaNatziv, featuring a shallow wading pool, a swing, and unique white waterfalls that create a soft foamy cascade – a rare and magical spot in the valley.
Ein Yizrael
A tunnel spring located at the foot of Mount Gilboa, featuring a shaded pool, eucalyptus trees, and a T-shaped water tunnel. A perfect blend of nature, water, and history.

Excellent restaurants in the area include Kimel in Gilboa, Rotenberg, 1910, the Spice Farm, and Artichoke – all great for vegetarian and vegan meals.
There are also other good restaurants near Tzomet Tzemach and Tzomet Beit HaShita.
For everything, it is advisable and recommended to make a reservation in advance. Delicious food and, in any case, I am always available for any questions or requests.

Take the scenic route up Mount Gilboa to the wind turbine and pumped storage project.
Enjoy a tour of Mount Shaul for one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the country.
Water Sites Suitable for All Ages
The White Waterfalls, Ein Tzemad, Ein Abuka, Ein Teomim, Ein Moda, Ma'ayan HaTachana, the spring at Ein HaNatziv, HaSakhneh, Nahal HaKibbutzim, and of course Ein Harod, Ganei Choga, and many more.
All these places appear on Waze and can be reached by private car with a short, easy walk.
